LDF450 - CNT400 - RG58

With hundreds of cable variations on the market, we’ve cut through the noise. We streamline our range into three industry-standard tiers to give you exactly what you need—whether you are wiring a massive commercial tower or a simple vehicle radio.

RG58 Cable
  • LDF4-50A (1/2" Heliax) | The Heavy-Duty Powerhouse: This thick, armored corrugated copper cable is engineered for absolute maximum signal protection over long distances. It is the go-to standard for commercial cell towers and permanent outdoor infrastructure where zero signal loss is critical. It is built to survive harsh weather and direct burial, though its stiffness means it cannot handle tight bends.

  • CNT-400 (LMR-400 equivalent) | The High-Performance All-Rounder: Offering the perfect balance between ultra-low signal loss and flexibility, this braided and foil-shielded cable is our most popular choice. It is ideal for routing through building walls and conduits to connect LTE/5G cellular signal boosters, Wi-Fi extensions, and external antennas without sacrificing your signal strength.

  • RG-58 | The Flexible Everyday Workhorse: This thin, highly flexible, and budget-friendly cable is designed for short cable runs and tight spaces. It is incredibly easy to strip, crimp, and route around sharp corners, making it the industry standard for vehicle dash installations, mobile VHF/UHF two-way radios, marine setups, and short equipment patch leads.

Selecting the right cable for the job is just the first step. Next is understanding what connectors are required to hook your gear together.

BNC - FME - MPL - N Type - SMA - TNC - UHF

Selecting the right cable for the job is just the first step. Next is understanding what connectors are required to hook your gear together. We supply the most reliable, industry-standard connectors sorted alphabetically to help you track down the exact termination you need:

  • BNC (Bayonet Neill–Concelman): A quick-connect, twist-and-lock connector frequently used on commercial test equipment, older CCTV networks, and two-way UHF/VHF radios. Its secure bayonet mechanism makes it perfect for setups where cables need to be plugged and unplugged often.

  • FME (For Mobile Equipment): A compact, threaded connector designed specifically for mobile cellular installations in vehicles and vessels. Because it has a very slim profile, it is incredibly easy to fish through tight conduits, firewalls, and small holes before attaching to an adapter.

Mix of Connectors
  • MPL (Mini-UHF / Motorola Miniature): A smaller, threaded variation of the classic UHF connector often found on compact commercial two-way radios and vehicle dash units. It provides a secure, vibration-resistant connection in tight dashboards where space is limited.

  • N-Type: A large, rugged, and completely weatherproof threaded connector that is the absolute gold standard for high-frequency gear like LTE/5G antennas and microwave links. It is heavily relied upon by installers for its ability to handle high power with virtually zero signal loss.

  • SMA (SubMiniature Version A): A small, threaded connector heavily used on cellular routers, 4G/5G gateways, and GPS equipment. It provides an exceptionally reliable, high-frequency connection for compact hardware.

  • SMA-RP (Reverse Polarity SMA): A variation of the standard SMA where the internal pin and socket are swapped, most commonly found on Wi-Fi routers, access points, and wireless networking gear to comply with regional consumer radio regulations. (Note: Often listed in specs as RP-SMA).

  • TNC (Threaded Neill–Concelman): A threaded version of the BNC connector that provides extra stability against heavy vibrations. It is widely used in outdoor wireless networks, marine communications, and aviation radios where a twist-lock could shake loose.

  • UHF (PL-259 / SO-239): The classic, heavy-duty threaded connector affectionately known by tradies as the PL-259 (male) or SO-239 (female). It remains the undisputed standard for UHF/VHF CB radios, amateur ham radios, and marine antennas.

Note: There are many more variations of connectors out there and we can source most if asked, our listing comprises of the most commonly used variants.
